This book is based on the author's study with instructors at the Tokyo police department. It features the traditional techniques of Jiu-Jitsu, also known as Ju-Jutsu - specifically the Kaisho Goshin budo Taiho Jitsu Ryu techniques used by the Tokyo police force. it teaches the use of hands, throwing an opponent, attacking vital points with strikes and kicks, and use of weapons such as the staff.
