OVERSEAS ORDERS: Please note that we are based in Australia and any International Orders for Sharp Bladed Weapons will not be sent and will be refunded.

All weapons sold by us are legal where we are located, within the State of Western Australia, however you must check the Weapons Act for your State/Territory in Australia or your Country. The responsibility of any weapon purchased is solely the onus of the Purchaser. Use of bladed weapons for purposes other than its purpose is considered misuse. Use and misuse of Martial Arts weapons involves serious risks, including injury, disability, and death. Weapons are sold for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms and/or display. Inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. Do not use weapons for sparring or contact. User assumes all risks of injury. *Ownership changes hands once the order has been despatched, we take no liability.

All of our Weapons are legal to purchase in Western Australia, where we are located, to anyone over the age of 18 years.  By purchasing our products you are declaring that you are over the age of 18 years and are complying under the Laws governed by the State/Location in which you reside. To check the relevant Laws please check the Weapons Act for your State/Location.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE – PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUESTED.  We will contact you after Purchase for a copy of your Identification. Photo ID will be requested for PEPPER/CAPSICUM SPRAYS and ALL BLADED WEAPONS.  If you wish to submit your ID prior to us contacting you please feel welcome to email warrior@warrioraustralia.com.au.  Privacy is ensured at all times, no electronic copy is kept and is hard-deleted from all our devices.

We respect the privacy of our Customers and at no time will we give out a Customer's details to a third party, unless we are authorised to do so. All copies of Photo ID's are hard deleted from our computers/devices and all paper copies are shredded through a reputable shredding company.
