Prices for shipping are automatically generated at check-out according to the delivery address. Delivery estimated dates indicated at Checkout are indicative only.

For normal sized orders we use Australia Post and for our over-sized products we use a Shipping/Courier Company. *Products that are classed as over-sized and cannot be sent via Australia Post will be indicated in the Product Description.

Our orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Any order received after 12noon will be classed as being received the next business day. All orders placed Friday after 12noon, Saturday, and Sunday and/or on a Public Holiday will be processed in the next 1-3 business days. Please note we are located in Western Australia and some Public Holidays are not the same as the rest of Australia. We are not open Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

If there are any supply/stock issues for your order you will be contacted via email and/or phone.

AUSTRALIA POST

Australia Post advise to allow a normal delivery time within Australia of 5-10 business days for Standard Post and 3-5 business days for Express Post.

Australia Post / Standard Post: If you do not receive your parcel after 10 business days from time of despatch please contact us (email warrior@warrioraustralia.com.au or phone 08 9258 9714 9am-3pmWST Monday-Friday) and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf or alternatively you can lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post yourself.

Please note that Rural areas take longer to receive their parcels and Express Post is not recommended for remote Rural.

Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

COURIER

For over-sized products, at time of check-out on our website, the option for Freight will be automatically set at "Shipping Quote". We do not offer Express for over-sized orders.

On receipt of your order, we will request a Quote from a Shipping/Courier Company.  We will then contact you directly via email or phone with the Shipping/Courier Quote amount ($).

If the Quote amount ($) is agreeable, we will invoice the Purchaser separately for the Shipping/Courier amount ($).  The invoice will be emailed to the purchaser. Alternatively, we can also take payment for the Shipping/Courier over the phone.

No Orders will be sent until the Shipping Cost is paid in full.

For over-size products, the Shipping/Courier Company do indicate estimated delivery times but these are subject to change and beyond our control.

Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

Combined Orders For combined orders of both normal sized products and over-sized products, there will be an automatic calculation for an Australia Post parcel which is for the normal sized products only. The Purchaser will still be contacted regarding a separate Shipping/Courier cost for the over-sized product.
