1. Security of our Website
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
2. Privacy
We respect the privacy of our Customers and at no time will we give out a Customer's details to a third party, unless we are authorised to do so.
3. Processing of your Order
All orders received are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Any order received after 12noon will be classed as arriving the next day and will be processed the next business day. All orders placed Friday after 12noon, Saturday, and Sunday and/or on a Public Holiday will be processed in the next 1-3 business days. Please note we are located in Western Australia and some Public Holidays are not the same as the rest of Australia. We are not open for Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays.
If there are any supply/stock issues for your order you will be contacted via email and/or phone.

4. Over-sized Orders
For over-sized products/orders, at time of check-out on our website, the option for Freight will be automatically set at "Shipping Quote". We will request a Quote from a Shipping/Courier Company, and will contact the purchaser with the amount ($). We do not offer Express for over-sized orders.
No Orders will be sent until the Shipping Quote is fully paid.

5. Delivery of your Parcel
We ship our normal sized orders using Australia Post and our over-sized orders are sent via a Shipping/Courier Company. Please see Shipping (link at bottom of page) for further details.
Delivery estimated dates indicated at Checkout are indicative only and any freight delays by the freight company is beyond our control.
6. Tracking Number for your Parcel
Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.
7. Returns
Please choose your products carefully as returning goods can be a costly exercise. For all returns Warrior Australia must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the Order. Returns outside of this time-frame will not be accepted. If products need to be returned or exchanged, please contact us (email warrior@warrioraustralia.com.au or phone 08 9258 9714 9am-3pmWST Monday-Friday) with the Order Number and Date. If you have simply changed your mind products should be unused in original undamaged packaging and returned via pre-paid freight to PO Box 401, Bentley WA 6982 with full details of the Order including Name, Date, and Order Number. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight costs are non-refundable and any returned products are the sole responsibility and cost of the customer.
8. Warranty
All products are unconditionally guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship only for the manufacturer's time period. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, improper care, loss or damage from incorrect usage. Use of weapons is detailed in Point No.10 (below) of our Trading Terms & Conditions. Warranty claims will be repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion. Misused or improperly cared for products cannot and will not be accepted.
9. Liability
Liability for any injury or damage resulting from the use of any of our products is assumed by the user, whom must determine the suitability and/or safety of the products for his/her use. *Ownership changes hands once the order has been despatched, we take no liability.
10. Weapons Disclaimer
All weapons sold by us are legal where we are located, within the State of Western Australia, however you must check the Weapons Act for your State/Territory in Australia or your Country. The responsibility of any weapon purchased is solely the onus of the Purchaser. Use of bladed weapons for purposes other than its purpose is considered misuse. Use and misuse of Martial Arts weapons involves serious risks, including injury, disability, and death. Weapons are sold for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms and/or display. Inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. Do not use weapons for sparring or contact. User assumes all risks of injury. *Ownership changes hands once the order has been despatched, we take no liability.
All of our Weapons are legal to purchase in Western Australia, where we are located, to anyone over the age of 18 years. By purchasing our products you are declaring that you are over the age of 18 years and are complying under the Laws governed by the State/Location in which you reside. To check the relevant Laws please check the Weapons Act for your State/Location.
